Kedem – Avnei Hefetz – New Development

Kedem – Avnei Hefetz is a new residential development located in the growing community of Avnei Hefetz. The project is designed as a low-rise, village-style neighborhood offering a strong community-oriented lifestyle for young families.

The development includes a mix of 4-room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses, with apartment sizes ranging from approximately 105–110 sqm for standard units, alongside larger garden and penthouse layouts. Prices for available 4-room apartments start from approximately ₪1.66M–₪1.68M, depending on unit specifications.

The project is part of a planned expansion of the Avnei Hefetz community, which already includes hundreds of families and a wide range of educational, religious, and community services such as synagogues, schools, daycare facilities, and local amenities.

Kedem – Avnei Hefetz is currently under development, with expected completion in 2028.
