- You use the site, the content, the listings, and any information obtained through the site at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for any disputes, transactions, communications, or damages arising between users of the site, including between buyers, sellers, agents, agencies, lenders, service providers, and any other parties.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Israel Property Hub, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the site or any content; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or any rights of a third party; (d) any content, listing, image, or other material you submit, post, or transmit through the site; and (e) any transaction or dispute between you and another user.
14. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on IsraelPropertyHub.com, including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and the original arrangement of listings, are the intellectual property of IsraelPropertyHub.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from the site without our prior written consent.
15. User Content and Copyright Claims
Users must ensure that they have the rights to any content, including images, that they upload to the site. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify (including resizing and cropping), and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the site.

21. Guest Blogger Contributions
Guest bloggers are not entitled to any payment for their contributions. The site administration reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any guest posts at their discretion without prior notice. Guest bloggers warrant that their contributions are original, do not infringe any third-party rights, and are accurate to the best of their knowledge.
22. Agent Leads and Referral Fees
Israel Property Hub may provide property inquiries and leads to licensed real estate agents and agencies through the platform.
- By listing properties as an agent or agency, or by receiving inquiries through IsraelPropertyHub.com in a professional capacity, you acknowledge and agree that leads generated through the platform are considered introductions facilitated by Israel Property Hub.
- In the event of a successful transaction resulting from a lead provided by the platform, the receiving agent or agency agrees to pay a referral fee of 10% of the commission earned from that transaction, or such other amount as may be agreed with Israel Property Hub. For clarity, this fee is calculated on the commission received by the agent from the buyer's side of the transaction.
- This referral obligation applies only to real estate professionals (including agents, agencies, or representatives acting in a commercial capacity) and does not apply to private individuals listing their own properties.
- Lead ownership and reassignment. All buyer inquiries and leads submitted through the platform are the property of Israel Property Hub. Leads are introductions, not exclusive assignments. Israel Property Hub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reassign any lead to a different agent or agency if the original recipient fails to make contact with the lead within 48 hours of receipt, fails to provide a status update when reasonably requested, or is otherwise deemed non-responsive. In the event of reassignment, the original agent forfeits all claim to any referral fee arising from that lead, including any transaction subsequently concluded with that buyer, regardless of whether the original agent later interacts with the buyer independently.
- Agents and agencies may not share, sell, forward, or otherwise use lead data obtained through the platform for any purpose other than directly servicing the introduction made by Israel Property Hub. Unauthorized use of lead data is a material breach of these Terms.
- Buyer circumvention. Where a buyer has been introduced to a property, a seller, or an agent through the platform, that buyer may not use information, property details, or introductions obtained through that engagement to complete a transaction through a different agent, broker, or directly with the seller, in a manner designed to bypass or circumvent the original introducing agent. The original introduction through Israel Property Hub is recognized regardless of how the transaction is ultimately concluded, and referral obligations arising from that introduction remain in effect accordingly.
- Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate records of leads received and for reporting transactions originating from leads generated through the platform.
- Israel Property Hub does not act as a broker, agent, or party to any transaction between users and is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction.
Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
23. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
