About the Project

Pnei Kedem is a religious-Zionist yishuv set on a ridge on the southern edge of Gush Etzion, roughly 45 minutes south of Jerusalem. The pre-sale opening in 2025 brings 67 new homes to an established community that already counts 85 families and a student village of 30.

The release covers three unit types so families at different stages can find a fit: six-unit apartment buildings, two-family duplexes, and detached single-family homes. Pricing starts at ₪2.49M for duplexes, ₪3M for full apartments, and ₪3.35M–₪3.53M for private homes.

What makes Pnei Kedem distinctive is the combination of religious community life and a working agricultural identity. Residents care for 200 dunams of community olive groves and wine vineyards, run a youth-led sheep farm, and host the well-known regional Kite Festival each spring.

About Pnei Kedem

Pnei Kedem is a religious-Zionist community on the southern edge of Gush Etzion, founded in the mid-1990s and now home to 85 families plus a kfar studentim of 30 from the Kadima movement. The yishuv sits on a ridge with sweeping views over the Judean desert.

Day-to-day life is shaped by the kehillah — two synagogues, men's and women's mikvaot, a Bnei Akiva branch, a community library, and an active calendar of cultural and religious programming. The community council runs particularly engaged committees for kehillah, culture, and youth.

Educational options include the Givot outdoor school where children learn under open skies, the integrated Bereshit school combining mainstream and special-needs students, and the religious "Givah HaTzhuba" elementary. From age 12 onward, students attend top regional yeshivot and ulpanot — Har Etzion, Mekor Chaim, Neve Shmuel, Or Torah Auriya, and Neve Chana — all within an easy drive.

The 200 dunams of community olive groves and wine vineyards, and a youth-run sheep farm, give Pnei Kedem an unusual agricultural identity for a residential yishuv — and the annual Kite Festival ("Afifoniyada") draws thousands of visitors each spring.
